CNA Instructor - Full Time (With Benefits)
Location: NHC Lawrenceburg - 374 Brink St, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464

Overview:
NHC Lawrenceburg is seeking a qualified LPN to serve as a CNA Instructor, training future Certified Nursing Assistants.

The instructor will teach foundational knowledge and clinical skills needed to pass the state CNA licensing exam and deliver excellent patient care.

Qualifications:


* Must be a Licensed LPN


* Clinical experience in long-term or skilled care


* Teaching or education experience is a plus, but not required


* Strong communication skills and a commitment to professionalism

Job Responsibilities:


* Train CNA students in both classroom and clinical settings


* Ensure students develop competencies aligned with state certification requirements


* Foster a learning environment based on integrity, honesty, and professionalism
