Intern, Sales Operations & Steering - Fall 2025

This is a part-time internship position for our Fall Rotation, from Sept 8, 2025 through December 12, 2025 in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.

WHAT AWAITS YOU.


* Support Sales Operations & Steering General Manager in tracking sales initiatives execution, target vs.

achievement on key performance indicators to prepare management updates.



* Manage the key forum and committee calendar as well as coordinate content gathering across various business lines (Retail Finance Commercial Finance, Insurance) and supporting divisions (Marketing, Credit & Funding).


* Develop a strong network within Financial Services at department head, field and internal associate levels to gather critical insights, learn the Financial Services business.


* Become proficient in BMW Group and brand specific corporate identity

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.


* Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master's degree program at an accredited college or university


* Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)


* Have completed at least 60 college credits by the start of the internship


* Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript


* Ability to work part-time (20-29 hours/week)


* Prior BMW Group experience (applicable to international J1 students only)


* Strong Powerpoint, Excel and Analytics tools (e.g.

Tableau) Skills.


* Good storyboarding, visual representation of data, and insights derivation skills.

Preferences


* Business degree, Data Analytics specialization


* Internship experience in Automotive or banking industries

The hourly rate for Undergraduate students is $25.30

The hourly rate for Graduate students is $32.20

The selected student's academic level will be used to determine the final pay rate.
