WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Buyer/Planner II

The Buyer/Planner II is responsible for coordinating and managing all purchasing, inventory, demand planning, and operational activities, ensuring customer service levels and financial targets meet strategic objectives.

This position leverages best practices, technologies, cross-functional internal and external collaborations to maintain and improve data analysis, processes, and communications in a sustainable and scalable manner.

This is a full-time, hybrid position at our Sandy Office, located at 17014 NE Sandy Blvd.

Portland, OR 97230.

WHAT YOU’LL DO


* Demand Planning.

Prepare and maintain all aspects of forecasts. 


* Supply/Purchase Order Management.

Manage purchase orders from creation to close including expediting, discrepancy resolution, changes, active monitoring and reporting of performance. 


* Supplier Management.

Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent supply, optimal pricing, and performance. 


* Inventory Management.

Collaborate with internal and external teams in addition to utilizing tools and technology to maintain appropriate inventory levels per organizational targets. 


* Continuous Improvement.

Proactively identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies while ensuring quality and service standards are met.

Ensure compliance and accurate documentation is maintained including procedures, processes, and work instructions.
