Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Professional Relations and Partnership Director to join our Abiomed team located in the United States.
This is a field-based role available in the US.
While specific cities are listed in the Locations section for reference, please note that they are examples only and do not limit your application.
Purpose: The Professional Relations and Partnership Director (PRPD) plays a crucial role in supporting the physician program director team in building Heart Recovery Programs and improving patient pathways for the Abiomed product portfolio.
The PRPD will serve as a liaison among various internal stakeholders to facilitate alignment and ensure the successful execution of strategic engagements and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
* PRPD will support and collaborate with Abiomed internal partners including marketing, clinical affairs, medical affairs, regulatory, R&D, and other corporate functions in company-wide professional partnership activities.
* At the request of Global Strategic Marketing, R&D, Professional Education or Clinical teams, provides supporting information related to US customers and potential partners.
* Acts as liaison between field, Medical Office and PPD team to coordinate key customer and geographic visits from the Medical Office.
* Support the creation, maintenance, and utilization of resources to provide insights to internal partners with quarterly reports and communication to internal leaders.
* Lead the development of a digital platform that supports tracking & planning of Abiomed Leadership Engagements with KOLs; including scheduling, meeting notes collection, follow up items, planning and future strategies.
* Clinically upskill Physician Program Director team and provides updates on current clinical trials, publications, and additional content to improve clinical outcomes for patients.
* Maintain expertise and knowledge in relation to Company products and procedures, as well as current literature, key clinical papers, and trends in the industry.
