Business Services Specialist I

Job Summary:

Our Contract Implementation staff is composed of friendly, courteous professionals who perform many functions, including—but not limited to—contract review, account maintenance, product functionality, and quality assurance.

They have a thorough knowledge of state and business rules and regulation's. 

Your Role:


* Develops, maintains, and updates records within multiple database systems.


* Monitors emails and in-house communication channels to address a range of requests and requirements from both internal and external sources.


* Provide support to fellow Specialists to guarantee that our clients’ accounts remain valid and up to date.


* Assist with account maintenance and other special projects, as assigned.


* Provide support in managing client accounts.

Minimum Qualifications:


* 0-2 years of Experience


* High School Diploma or Equivalent What We Look For (Preferred):


* Experience in an administrative capacity


* Demonstrated adeptness in acquiring and utilizing new software applications.


* Ability to handle and prioritize multiple and changing tasks.


* Ability to meet deadlines.


* General planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
