As a Program/Project Manager (Product Manager) Vice President within the Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk (CCOR) organization supporting the Integrated Case Management (ICM) Product Office, you will play a crucial role in aligning the business needs of compliance professionals with technological case management solutions enabling them to execute workflows designed to safeguard our firm and its customers.
In this senior position, you will help lead technical documentation and execution for a comprehensive case management system for an expanding range of Corporate Compliance areas, including Global Financial Crime Investigations, Human Resources, Violations Framework, Employee Relations, and Global Security.
In this role you will work with a team of Product Analysts and other Product Managers to understand and document the needs, rationale, and value of customer requirements, ensuring alignment with the overall product objectives and create a meaningful impact.
In this role, you will collaborate with the Technology and User Experience teams to develop practical solutions for our requirements as well as use your expertise and data-driven insights to focus on creating technology solutions that are scalable, repeatable, and configurable.
Job Responsibilities
* Translate business and product needs into clear, concise, and outcome-focused Epics that capture the essence of features or initiatives by crafting rich prologues, impact statements, and detailed Acceptance Criteria in the Gherkin format (Given, When, Then).
* Manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Serve as an Area Product Owner, directing specific customer initiatives and supervising the Product Analysts responsible for the epics within those initiatives while setting timelines, overseeing productivity, and offering coaching and feedback as needed.
* Represent the business throughout the Product Lifecycle as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of business requirements, workflows, and strategic plans while demonstrating the ability to readily and confidently answer specific questions that arise in various product events.
