The Risk Management Assistant Manager serves as the contact for government and outside entities such as OSHA, CDC, ADA, Fire Municipals, and outside Legal.

* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel)


* Basic knowledge of HRIS, InfoPac and Business Objects.


* Ability to multi-task, handle diverse situations and ability to work with little oversight


* Strong communication skills and a high degree of initiative and motivation.


* High integrity and ability to maintain confidential information.


* Detail-oriented.


* Must be available to work flexible hours.


* Must be available to assist other Kroger divisions if needed.
