Phillips-Medisize, a leader in delivering innovative solutions for the healthcare industry, is seeking a dedicated Mold Cleaner/Service Technician to support the production of high-quality injection molded parts and assemblies at our cutting-edge facilities in Menomonie, Wisconsin .

In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of precision and quality, helping us improve lives through the products we create.

Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday-Friday 2:00PM - 10:00PM)

Buildings: Red Cedar and Oaklawn

Our Team

Phillips-Medisize, LLC, a Molex company, is a leading global outsource provider of design and manufacturing services to the drug delivery, consumable diagnostics, medical device, and specialty commercial markets.

What You Will Do


* Disassemble/assemble molds to troubleshoot and conduct maintenance and replacement of parts/components


* Properly clean and lubricate molds, mold bases and secondary equipment


* Properly tag molds and secondary equipment


* Duties of this job will entail:



* Lifting up to 40lbs, pushing/pulling up to 60lbs, and standing 6 - 7 hours

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications:


* Experience reading blueprints


* One (1) year or more Mechanical/Troubleshooting experience

What Will Put You Ahead


* Experience working in an injection molding manufacturing environment
