Purpose:

This role will support the VELYS Digital and Capital Program Management Office with all aspects of the software/product development process.

The candidate for this role is a strong collaborator that takes the time to understand team needs, is organized, is flexible to change, and is able to keep track of and complete detailed work.

You will be responsible for:



* Develop and implement project metrics; obtain partner alignment; be a source of conflict resolution


* Lead the preparation and presentation of project updates at governance forums


* Lead a comprehensive communication strategy to ensure effective communication to team and leadership about strategy, goals, and initiatives to drive delivery of results


* Balance shifting priorities across dependencies and across projects


* Identify and assess project risks and develop risk mitigation plans; determine when to escalate issues


* Work with cross–functional teams throughout the software/product development process to ensure the project is moving forward


* Build and monitor accurate project plans throughout the software/product development lifecycle and communicate milestones and lead-times at key stages


* Lead strategic or operational workstreams/workshops as needed
