Johnson & Johnson MedTech Orthopaedics is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Orthopaedic Account Strategy to drive commercial success and analytics-driven decision-making within our US Orthopaedics division.

This leadership position focuses on strategic pricing, contracting, and customer engagement, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize sales performance and market share.

You will lead a high-performing team to develop and implement innovative analytics solutions, enabling stronger customer partnerships and business growth.

Utilization of third-party price benchmarking resources and inventory optimization tools are critical skills of a successful candidate.

The candidate will have proven success in leading talented sales and commercial personnel, as well as a track record of successful customer engagements regarding complex data analyses.
