Job Description:

Key Responsibilities


* In line with the company's strategic direction, complete sales support, operation and maintenance work, optimize daily operation process management, and improve the team's work quality and efficiency.


* Management of sales activities, including labor costs, purchase order application and settlement.


* Production and analysis of sales reports, including but not limited to the estimation and use progress of sales activity expenses, labor cost settlement progress, travel expense use progress of each team, etc.


* Support digital operation exploration and development, sales activity system construction and update and IT cooperation project launch, development, implementation and support for corresponding business department training.


* Cross-departmental collaboration, close communication with HCC, Legal, and Finance to ensure the smooth progress of sales support work.


* Docking equipment order and contract management, rebate projects, crystal and equipment complaint compensation and other operational support work.


* Other sales-related support.

Qualifications

Education:  

Bachelor’s degree (required); preferable in business management or finance

Experience: 


* At least 2-3 years experiences pharmaceutical, health care, medical device industry


* 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales effectiveness management, business operations, or data support management; people management experience is a plus.

Prior sales or marketing experience is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:    


* Strong analytical and communication skills


* Growth-oriented and consumer-focused approach.


* Proficient in Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Data analysis and modeling skills are a plus
