General Purpose

They gather evidence, interview involved parties, and prepare comprehensive reports detailing their findings and recommendations.

This role is crucial for ensuring a fair and legally compliant work environment.

Essential Duties

Conducting Investigations:
•The core responsibility is to investigate allegations of misconduct, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and policy violations.
Gathering Evidence:
•This involves collecting relevant documents, emails, witness statements, and other forms of evidence to support or refute the allegations.
Interviewing Parties:
