At the direction of the CMO, the Director will provide senior leadership and management to programs and initiatives that support the operations of Vituity.

The Director is appointed annually and reports to the CMO.

The Director will continue their clinical practice at a Vituity staffed site, but allow for the time allocation that this position requires.

The Opportunity


* Provide management oversight to clinical operations programs relating to education, risk, quality, patient flow, IT, data management, CMS, patient satisfaction and other programs as designated by the CMO.


* Provide creative and innovative thought necessary for the development of novel programs that address clinical operational, quality, and/or service excellence performance.


* Work collaboratively with medical directors, regional directors, vice-presidents, operations consultants, and other Vituity Practice Management staff to ensure organization-wide adoption of CMS, service excellence, quality, and/or operational initiatives.


* Responsible for defining, implementing, measuring, and promoting Vituity best practices for every Vituity provider to achieve optimal performance and to ensure contract stability.
