Platform Sales - Buyside Trading Services Sales Specialist - Executive Director

Securities Services Sales in the Americas is recruiting an Executive Director within the Trading Services Specialist Sales team to be based in Boston and focus on prospects in the U.S.

and Canada.

As an Executive Director on the Trading Services Sales team, you you will be responsible for selling Agency Securities Lending, Agency Financing and Collateral Management services to a diverse range of buyside clients including Central Banks, Public Sector, Corporates, Insurance Companies and Asset Managers.

Job Responsibilities:


* Develop and support the sales and marketing strategy for the Americas, driving sales for Trading Services.


* Achieve or surpass specified sales targets for Trading Services products.


* Leverage existing industry and client relationships.


* Create a structured prospect calling program in collaboration with the broader Securities Services, Prime Services Sales team, and other client coverage teams.


* Collaborate with internal product partners to address non-standard opportunities.


* Coordinate RFP responses and presentations for clients across the Americas region.


* Conduct and present educational sessions for internal partners, as well as existing and prospective clients.


* Represent JPM at internal and external forums and industry events

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


* 15+ years of sales/client-facing experience within securities finance, derivatives, or collateral.


* High proficiency and technical knowledge of securities finance, lending, and collateral management.


* Direct client-facing experience in the Derivatives or Securities Financing & Repo market, including expertise in cash raising and yield enhancement solutions, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.


* Broad understanding of Asset Managers, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Pension Funds, Insurance companies, and Corporate client segments, along with related market dynamics.


* Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory developments impacting collateral management, securities financing, and derivatives markets.


* Excellent interpersonal skills and articulate in both written and verbal communication.


* Ability to interface effectively at all organizational levels.


* Highly skilled in influencing and negotiating, with the ability to remain composed under pressure while working to tight timeframes.


* Capable of simplifying complex scenarios to deliver straightforward solutions.


* Series 7 & Series 63 FINRA licensing.
