As a Trade & Working Capital Operations Analyst within the Specialty Product team at JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations for trade finance products.

Your work will ensure efficient transaction handling, adherence to regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement in operational processes.

Job Responsibilities


* Support and manage daily operations for trade finance products, ensuring transactions are handled within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA's).


* Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) as changes occur.


* Drive efficiency by implementing best practices and seeking opportunities for process improvement.


* Engage in new deals, attend project management calls, and facilitate smooth migrations.


* Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements in daily operations.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills


* Graduate with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Trade Finance Operations.


* Thorough knowledge of International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Rules used in Trade Finance, including UCP 600, ISBP, ISP, URR, and URC.


* Good understanding of Anti-Boycott and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Regulations.


* Proficiency in handling payment messages such as MT103, MT202, MT101.


* Experience in account reconciliation and handling trade payment entries (Nostro, Wash, SAP, etc.).


* Certification in Trade Finance, such as Certified Documentary Credit Specialist (CDCS) by IFSA London.


* Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and contribute to the business.


* Ability to multitask effectively.
