Principal Accountabilities
* Leading a quality system while focusing on consumer and customer satisfaction.
* Traceability management, process controls, observations, quality reports, etc.
* Leading improvement teams to support selected KPIs, such as consumer complaints RFT MAKE, QE’s, NCR, CAPA, Supplier quality.
* Leading quality routines to promote and improve quality (complaints analysis quality performance, management surveys internal and external audits)
* Management of the pest control system at the factory, including responsibility for closing gaps as part of an infrastructure survey
* Initiating, leading, tracking and analyzing trends in consumer complaints and reducing COPQ Responsibility for managing the ISO 9001 system and product certification and compliance with Israeli and international regulations
* Leading documentation control in the department, including building and updating procedures and implementing them in the plant Management and leadership of QE and NCR incidents and handling of disposition of product
* Change management according to KC Standards Risk management from the initial design stage to the final product and management of a plan to reduce potential risks
* Handling supplier complaints according to KC Standards
* Building an internal audit plan and leading the audits with the relevant functions Leading external audits and building a plan to reduce gaps that arise in the audit
* Full responsibility for the ETQ system (computerized quality management system) including maintenance of controlled documentation, management of QNC and CAPA, SCAR and more
* Leading root cause investigations for selected quality events
* Management and control of laboratory tests, responsibility for laboratory activities
* Training and coaching of employees in the field of quality and product.
* An integral part of the Afula plant and management routines. Interfaces with KC EM EMEA on project aspects and regular routines.
Position Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's degree - required, engineer - a significant advantage
* Internal Auditor Course - Mandatory
* Certified Quality Managers Course CQE- Advantage
* Professional experience: Minimum 4 years in a quality assurance role, preferably in an industrial company
