Facility Maintenance Technician

Shift: 6:30 am – 3:00pm M - F

JOB DUTIES:


* Mowing, weed eating, spraying, seeding, landscaping.


* Snow removal and salting of parking lots and walkways.

Refilling of salt containers.


* General upkeep and repair of buildings and grounds (gutter cleaning, power washing, sweeping, painting, etc.).


* Operate various types of mobile equipment and machinery (weed eaters, mowers, forklifts, floor sweeper, etc.).


* Perform routine maintenance on building and grounds equipment.


* Maintain walkways, steps, handrails, ladders.


* Assist with mobile equipment repairs.


* Complete repair orders and preventive maintenance as instructed.


* Valid West Virginia CDL license preferred.


* General carpentry skills preferred.


* Overtime as required.


* All other duties as directed by supervision.
