We're looking for a driven and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to help lead our operations in Clackamas.

Pay Range: $32.00 - $36.00/hr.

About the position:

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and safe handling of materials.

The role includes coordinating staff, maintaining warehouse organization, supporting performance evaluations, ensuring safety compliance, and managing the flow of materials and shipments.

What You'll Do:


* Coordinate daily activities of warehouse staff to ensure cleanliness, organization, inventory accuracy, and proper material placement.


* Recommend and implement proactive strategies to reduce inventory costs and enhance productivity.


* Direct and oversee cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.


* Assemble shop order packets and accurately pick parts.


* Manage the movement of materials from receiving and production to designated storage or work areas.


* Supervise the proper placement of materials/items on racks, shelves, or bins.


* Oversee the packing and shipping of parts to ensure timely and accurate delivery.


* Provide input to department supervisors to support employee performance evaluations.


* Inspect material handling equipment for defects and coordinate repairs with maintenance or external service providers.


* Maintain records of unfilled orders and backlogs.
