We are currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) who is passionate about helping residents regain strength, mobility, and independence in a compassionate, person-centered care environment.

Your Role:


* Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans


* Deliver skilled therapy services to improve functional outcomes


* Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to support recovery goals


* Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on therapy techniques and safe mobility


* Document services accurately and in compliance with state and federal guidelines

Qualifications:


* Valid California Physical Therapist (PT) license


* Experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility preferred


* Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills


* Compassionate, patient-centered mindset
