◆期待役割


* 以下の役割を担い、J&J IM Japanが各種法令・ルールに準拠した質の高いイベントが開催できるように包括的に管理・運営する

①ルール遵守のためのガードレールと、社内外の指導管理
②スピーカープールと謝金の管理
③各種契約書・書類・チケット等に関する医療関係者とのコミュニケーション
④各種ロジスティクスの管理・運営

◆主な業務活動（主な業務活動を番号で紐づけ）


* 定められたSOPにしたがって、J&J IM Japan内のイベントが運営されるように、適切に周知・教育を図る（①）


* スピーカープールの作成・更新・管理をおこない、各種法令・社内ルールに準拠した役務者を常にリストする（②）


* スピーカーの謝金管理をおこない、特定された指標にしたがって、役務者に対する報酬が常に同じ状態で支払われるようにする（②）


* イベント開催時に必要なLogisticsを、指定されたVendorとともに、社内規定に則り手配・配布し、支払いまで責任をもって完了する（④）


* 契約書、覚書、承諾書等の各種書類を、必要に応じて役務者、手配対象者等に説明し、了承を得る（③）


* コアスライドの使用、クローズドループ運用について、役務者に説明し納得を得て、各種ルールに準拠したイベントが実施できるようにする（①/③）


* 各種例外申請に対し、その妥当性を十分に吟味し、必要に応じて承諾し、申請者に伝える（①）
