Channel Account Representative

This role will allow to position Schneider Electric as the leader in power distribution solutions through channels like kiosk builders and Asset as a Service companies.

The new joiner will develop and secure top line of the Power Systems business through those channels who are strongly connected to End Users in different segments like Power&Grid, Renewables, Transporation, etc.

You will actively contribute with the support of strategic & offer marketing and product specialists to build new access to customers, new business models to enlarge the development of our solutions.

You will take full responsibility for the channel, promoting not only our Power Systems offers, but include all digital features and services as well as other solutions Schneider Electric can offer to our customers.

Drive pipeline development and create business through targeted channel accounts:


* Identify, assess, and target the key players in the market of kiosk builders and EaaS companies in the Netherlands


* Learn about our Power Systems solutions to bring the right pitch to the customers


* Learn about the market trends, like the SF6 guidelines in switchgear, and educate your customers on new developments


* Ensure knowledge transfer through the channel


* Create an account plan for your customers with a clear target and growth plan


* Ensure data quality of your customers and the pipeline in our CRM


* Respect the golden rules like customer facing time, number of sleeping and late opportunities, customer platforming

Improve hit rates and secure order intake:


* Act as the opportunity leader


* Define and implement successful commercial strategies for Analytics Opportunities:
+ Select the most competitive execution setup
+ Validate potential partnerships
+ Finalize differentiating value proposition
+ Validate offers and confirm potential deviations
+ Define price targets
+ Lead targeted projects as the opportunity leader
+ Successfully close deals

Qualifications:


* Solid experience in a technical sales area, experience in the energy management sector is a plus


* Use a consultative selling approach, build a strong relationship with your customers


* Strong interpersonal skills, seeking new ways of learning for upskilling and get familiar with the Schneider Electric portfolio


* Ability to lead tendering and technical teams for medium and large bids


* Strong communication and presentation skills for C-level meetings and value proposition pitching


* Proficiency in driving pipeline development and managing accounts


* Familiarity with strategic marketing and building new access to customers


* Ability to develop and maintain partnerships to boost business growth


* Skill in implementing revenue generation strategies and closing deals


* Proficiency in analyzing market trends and competition moves
