Job Description:

岗位职责：

正确理解社区健康联络官团队策略及合规要求，策划并实施社区健康教育活动：


* 根据社区健康联络官团队目标，策划社区健康教育活动，并按照SOP开展执行；


* 开发用于社区健康教育活动的材料，确保内容科学、客观，符合公司CRC审核标准；


* 推进建立和完善符合规范的社区健康教育流程

持续学习相关疾病领域知识及规范，对活动及资料内容保持更新

与精神卫生防治工作人员和相关第三方HCO保持互动，不断优化活动内容和形式，提升教育活动有效性

管理所负责项目的费用，包括预算规划、订单申请、进度管理及活动结算的合规执行

任职要求：


* 学士学位或以上，医学药学专业优先


* 在制药行业有3年以上工作经验，有精神卫生相关治疗领域经验或社区医疗市场相关经验者优先


* 良好的跨部门沟通协作能力


* 强烈的责任感和好奇心，能够自我激励，注重细节


* 中英文流利


* 熟练使用MS Office软件
