Job Description:

The Sustainability Reporting Analyst is a key member of HPE's Living Progress team, responsible for advancing the company's sustainability performance, regulatory preparedness, and transparency.

The analyst will coordinate with internal teams across the company to ensure HPE's sustainability data and disclosures meet the expectations of regulators, customers, investors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities


* Support the development, coordination, and publication of HPE's annual Living Progress Report.


* Assist in preparing regulated and voluntary sustainability disclosures, including those aligned with CSRD, the California Climate Disclosure, CDP, EcoVadis, and MSCI.


* Serve as an adminstrator of Workiva, managing data integration, updates, and report building.


* Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Internal Audit, and external assurance providers to support audit readiness and ensure accurate and verifiable disclosures.


* Help implement and maintain sustainability data governance processes and internal controls that support reporting integrity and auditability.


* Track evolving global sustainability reporting requirements and contribute to internal impact assessments and readiness planning.


* Develop internal and external summaries and presentations that highlight key performance insights, sustainability trends, and regulatory developments.


* Engage stakeholders across the business, including real estate, operations, product, and sales teams, to collect data, align messaging, and improve reporting efficiency.


* Identify and implement process improvements related to data quality, controls, and reporting workflows.


* Support training and awareness-building for internal teams involved in sustainability data collection and reporting.

Qualifications and Experience


* Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, accounting, or a related field.


* 3+ years of experience in corporate sustainability, reporting, finance, data governance, or audit.
