* Bachelor's degree on Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace or Industrial Engineering and / or 5 years of experience in related field that ensures experience, including certificates or training as applicable.

Skills and Abilities


* Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.


* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.


* Ability to solve practical problems, interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.


* Have a good attitude and initiative to carry out the activities of the post.


* Strong mechanical knowledge about CNC, EDM, Injection presses and Gate Removal Machines is desired.

Experience

This position requires a minimum of three to five years of related work experience

Ensure engagement on the critical equipment troubleshooting by participating on the daily management discussions

Ensure initiate the shift according to the operation needs and time and provide overlapping to second shift when required by the maintenance manager to ensure the information about troubleshooting is properly communicated to off shifts.

Including daily hand off project to ensure continual completion efficiency.

Use the accountability board to document, follow up and communicate critical action items related to the equipment under troubleshooting or diagnosis.
