Senior Associate, High Net Worth Card Product Portfolio Strategy

Job Description

As a Senior Associate, HNW Card Product Portfolio Strategy within our Consumer & Community Banking division, you will be a key player in promoting growth and delivering on our product vision for our High Net Worth customer segment and the J.P.

Morgan Reserve card portfolio.

You will leverage your industry experience and analytical skills to develop and execute key product initiatives and strategies, while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

This role provides an opportunity to work cross-functionally, influence product decisions, and contribute to the success of our credit card services.

Key Responsibilities:


* Support development of our product line strategy through industry awareness and competitive insights, market research studies, and customer segmentation and behavior analysis


* Analyze customer feedback and behavior dynamics that will drive product decisions and prioritization; act as liaison between HNW Card team and Data & Analytics


* Support cross functional working teams in order to deliver on our product roadmap, including value proposition, pricing, and business case development


* Develop materials for Business Reviews with executive leadership and other forums by crafting a comprehensive story of the High Net Worth Card Product strategy


* Develop & execute product benefit language (e.g.

claims, footnotes, terms, and legal documentation)


* Manage finance processes for partner benefits (spend approval, invoices)


* Manage employee product testing and other LRCC programs

Required qualifications:


* 3+ years of industry experience in product strategy or product development in the credit card or payments industry


* Proactive, strategic, and results driven with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex initiatives and deliverables at the same time


* Understanding of customer insights, P&L dynamics, and data analysis to inform product decisions


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills across varying seniority levels internally and externally


* Strong relationship management skills and ability to influence and drive recommendations within a highly matrixed Company structure


* Excel in building executive level presentations


* Effective in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
