This position would be full-time and onsite in Boyers, PA andActive Secret clearance is strongly preferred.
If you do not already have one, you must be eligible and willing to go through the clearance process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgement in resolving issues.
- Perform repetitive clerical steps such as document verification, manage inbound and outbound routine calls, and greeting guests.
- Perform entry-level clerical duties requiring general knowledge and the application of various work methods and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to project and operations management, which may include identifying, anticipating, and meetings needs of all departments.
Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Screen and schedule cases in accordance with Federal Investigation Standards
-Follows up with agencies and collects missing information required to screen and schedule cases
-Reports to the Department head or Team Lead
-Examine case materials and ensure data is complete, accurate, and scheduled in accordance with contract requirements and Federal Background Investigation Standards.
-Supporting application ingestion, examination, and contacting appropriate agencies to acquire missing data and ensure it meets case coverage requirements.
Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:
-Performs work under direct supervision.
-Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
-Possesses a beginning to working knowledge of the subject matter.
-High School with 1 year of experience.
-Active Secret clearance is strongly preferred.

-Ability to go on-site to location within Boyers, PA
