Helpdesk Administrator I | IT Helpdesk Administrator

This on-site role provides Tier 1 technical support and customer service across a range of hardware, software, and A/V environments.

Responsibilities include day-to-day support operations, hardware inventory tracking, and frontline troubleshooting of devices and conference room setups.



* Deliver timely, high-quality, customer-focused support


* Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently or escalate to the Team Lead when needed


* Set up and support conference room technology (presentations, events, etc.)


* Perform Tier 1 desktop administration, including:


* Basic Active Directory tasks


* Reviewing event logs


* Pushing software to clients


* Maintain, update, and audit device inventory


* Identify and report opportunities for process improvement


* Support shift-based coverage when necessary (not all weeks will be standard day shifts)



* Strong knowledge of recent Microsoft Windows OS, Office suite, MS Teams, and Dell laptops


* Working understanding of corporate/home networks (especially Wi-Fi troubleshooting)


* Experience with remote support tools and methods


* Familiarity with A/V setups and basic troubleshooting


* Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment


* Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills


* Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms


* Exposure to disaster recovery testing is a plus
