What You'll Do:
*
Deliver raw materials and components to the production floor with precision and urgency.
*
Unload inbound shipments and prepare outbound loads using forklifts, walkies, and other mobile equipment.
*
Perform inspections and quality checks using tools like calipers, rulers, micrometers, and microscopes.
*
Maintain accurate records and documentation for receipts, deliveries, and internal transfers.
*
Ensure your workspace stays clean, organized, and compliant with 6S and safety standards.
*
Conduct equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks (add fluids, clean parts, etc.).
*
Use Microsoft Office tools to generate basic reports and communicate updates clearly.
*
Collaborate cross-functionally to solve issues, support process improvements, and train team members.
*
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and lead with safety in everything you do.
Must-Haves:
*
High school diploma or GED - required
*
Previous experience in material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing environments
*
Forklift or walkie experience - required
*
Strong time management, attention to detail, and communication skills
*
Safety-first mindset and ability to work independently or as part of a high-performing team
*
Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
*
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
and safely team-lift over that weight when needed
* Experience with automation or production assembly
