The Director of Operations will be instrumental in overseeing the overall business performance of the DePuy Synthes Crossroads Facilities.

This role is exciting as it plays a critical part in ensuring that our products are manufactured and serviced timely, meeting high-quality standards and cost objectives.

The successful candidate will lead initiatives in innovative manufacturing processes and promote a culture of continuous improvement, fostering growth and operational excellence within the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



* Lead, plan, and direct the activities of department personnel in a matrix leadership environment to ensure overall business performance aligns with set objectives.


* Ensure compliance with quality standards and all regulatory requirements related to manufacturing and operations.


* Provide vital resources to facilitate the establishment and maintenance of the Quality, Safety, and Environmental systems.


* Establish KPIs and ensure regular visibility, monitoring, and action planning against metrics to enable strong business performance.


* Execute strategic business planning and long-range financial planning.


* Deliver year-over-year operational metric improvements aligned with financial forecasts.


* Ensure successful integration and launch of new products, achieving on-time completion and business commitments.


* Develop ambitious long-range operations strategies that utilize innovative technologies.


* Act as the senior site contact with external authorities regarding compliance and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:


* A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical discipline.

An advanced degree (MA/MBA) is preferred.
