Job Description:

Overview of Roles & Responsibilities


* Builds a plan to achieve objectives via sales and servicing & interprets sales data for assigned Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) products within a specific geographic area.


* Makes regular visits to customer locations to collect information on orders and market conditions.


* Expands and applies enhanced understanding of customer organizations and networks and of diverse influences that affect customer decisions.


* Maintains in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, & other information relative to sales territory.


* Provides sales coverage for PAH & delivers support and answers inquiries based on business need.

Communicates with other sales reps around common objectives to coordinate selling efforts.


* Helps generate key customer insights/trends for colleagues and stakeholders, and collaborates with other departments to ensure a timely resolution.


* Relays relevant market information to management and identifies potential impacts to business, as well as recommend areas for future growth


* Responds to inquiries from newly converted customers, and provides support to medical personnel and other key stakeholders.


* Operates and enhances use of available technologies, marketing assets and channels to facilitate sales calls.


* Prepares sales reports and documents as required.

Provide input to sales forecast.


* Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.

Role Requirement


* Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales and providing solutions based on customer need.


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in establishing relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.


* Excellent organizational skills.


* Capability to thrive in a driven environment.


* Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
