We are searching for the best talent for Security Coordinator II to be in Ciudad Juárez.

Purpose:

Helps establish and implement cost-effective, results-based, and professionally managed Manufacturing Assembly programs and initiatives, under direct supervision.
Compiles data and materials to support the development of projects, programs, or processes for the Manufacturing Assembly area.
Drafts documentation and training materials to support improvements to assembly line operations and continually advances the organization's Manufacturing Assembly strategy.
Evaluates staff competency with specialized machinery/equipment.
Documents and tracks ordering of new machinery/equipment for production and product readiness.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

You will be responsible for:

Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:


* Assists with the creation and distribution of security manuals, documents, and records.


* Documents facilities security requirements and implements procedures for safeguarding proprietary and customer furnished data.


* Assists with the preparation of inspection / security reports.


* Ensures documentation of accurate facts before presentation to senior management.


* Follows through the procedures on handling, safeguarding and destruction of documents and data in accordance with established practices.


* Assists and coordinates security awareness training sessions with new staff.


* Evaluates, maintains, and implements automated security systems.
