The Opportunity

Predominantly a field-based role, the Clinical Specialist is primarily responsible for providing technical support in an operating theatre environment to our hospital-based customers across our Hip and Knee product portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:


* Attending surgical procedures and providing expert technical support to Orthopaedic Surgeons and Nursing staff in the correct and safe use of products


* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and providing in-service training to Registrars, Nursing staff etc.


* Optimising opportunities by passing on leads to the Sales Team and providing product demo as required


* Maintaining strong product knowledge through ongoing training and driving clinical excellence through professional and exceptional customer experience

This is a 12 months maternity leave contract commencing 4 August 2025, with a sunset date of 30 September 2026.

About You


* Scrub/Scout or Instrument Circulating Nurse with min.

2-3 years experience supporting Orthopaedic surgeries


* Self-starter who is solutions focused, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in an operating theatre environment


* Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills


* Autonomous and able to work as part of a team, and is organised with good time management skills
