 The Immunology Field Director, Dermatology TA will lead the Northeast Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team to execute US medical affairs educational and scientific activities, driving field results and execution for Tremfya in PsO & the launch of Ictrokinra in PsO.

This position will report directly to the National Director, Psoriatic Disease. 

Responsibilities include:


* Responsible for the hiring, onboarding, training and management of the Northeast regional Dermatology MSL team including:


* Strengthening and building JNJ’s external footprint across the dermatology space  o Driving field results and execution for Tremfya in PsO & the launch of Ictrokinra in PsO


* Ensuring that the team functions according to the Medical Affairs plan and company directives


* Conducting routine team field visits and 1:1 meetings; providing observation and coaching


* Conducting performance coaching and feedback discussions


* Providing oversight responsibility for team’s training and development


* Ensuring team optimal capacity, field activity level, and field metrics
