The InterContinental Hotels Group® at Dubai Festival City consists of four hotels.

A little taste of your day-to-day:


* Make sure our guests always get a warm welcome and a sincere farewell from you


* Manning the bell desk or the door while ensuring the Lobby, Concierge and Driveway areas look great


* Adhere to guest checking in / checking out / room move procedures pertaining to baggage handling and storage


* Deliver a memorable experience to guests with a swift and personal service – Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests, in person or on the phone not forgetting to recognize guests by name.


* Effective use of empowerment and resolve guest issues and use their feedback to improve services for guest satisfaction


* Collate and share local insights via weekly newsletters to meet guest requests i.e.

sporting events, places of interest and local restaurants etc.


* Responsible for rooming checking in guests and ensure great guest relationships are made in a very short space of time


* Be compliant with federal, state and local laws and safety regulations and report any violations to Supervisors/Managers


* Follow systems, security and cash handling procedures and hotel services as per quality standards.


* Assist guests by parking/retrieving their vehicles with utmost care and minimize hotel liability for damages by driving...
