We're currently hiring a Part-Time Weekend Receptionist

? What You'll Be Doing:
+ Greet and welcome patients, clients, and other visitors.
+ Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations;
+ Provide general administrative and clerical support.
+ Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls.
+ Assist the admissions team with various tasks.
+ Maintain and tidy the reception area.
+ Be a steady, supportive presence for residents—because your care matters .

? What We're Looking For:
+ Great customer service skills and a welcoming and positive demeanor.
+ Ability to multi task and maintain composure.
+ Prior experience in reception or related field, preferred.
+ Experience using phone systems, printers/copiers, computer applications, preferred.
+ Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
+ A heart for serving others and a commitment to compassionate care.
