As a Vice President, Advisor Productivity Tools within J.P.
Morgan Wealth Management, you will be responsible for promoting and executing key strategic initiatives to help the U.S.
Wealth Management achieve its priorities.
You will develop strategies to enhance advisor productivity and efficiency by improving existing tools such as CRM and planning.
You will serve as the point of contact to the field, understanding advisor and manager needs, and representing the voice of the advisor.
Job responsibilities
* Lead the strategy and implementation of key strategic initiatives for U.S.
Wealth Management
* Serve as point of contact to the field to have a strong understanding of advisor and manager needs and represent the voice of the advisor
* Partner regularly with subject matter experts in product, marketing, communications, business development, finance, and field leadership team to refine cross-functional approach
* Partner with product teams to prioritize roadmaps, support rollout and adoption of new functionality
* Manage projects end to end, from the planning and ideation stage all the way through execution
* Develop and enhance Advisor resources for roll-out of new technology products and enhancements
* Build out useful advisor content and best practices for client outreach, business development, goals-based advice, and relationship management in partnership with stakeholders
* Provide visibility with senior management on progress and milestones
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* 7+ years of experience in financial services, self-starter and strategic thinker
* Able to work directly with field managers and Advisors to arrange, organize, and troubleshoot solutions on important Advisor programs
* Organized and able to balance and deliver on multiple priorities; has a strong attention to detail, demonstrated project management experience and exercises a controls mindset
* Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and honesty - seek out the truth and ground decisions in the facts; genuinely interested in leaving each project in a better place than it is today
* Thinks analytically and stays grounded in data to understand and analyze complex business processes
* Strong oral and written communication skills to influence at all levels; capable of concision and brevity
* Intermediate Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills are required
* Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and initiative
