Louisville East Post Acute is seeking talented Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team.

Pay Rate $38 - $45 per hour / 30-40 hours per week

As a licensed Physical Therapist you will be evaluating and treating Residents throughout the facility in our Pathways TBI unit , Sub-Acute Rehab and LTC Units .

Your responsibilities include communicating with families, physicians and other health team members.

To maintain documentation of services, observe regulations that govern our facility and as directed by our Director of Therapy to ensure that the highest degree of quality Resident care is maintained at all times.

Qualifications:


* Valid state licensure and relevant certifications for each respective position.


* Strong clinical skills and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others.


* Previous experience in a skilled nursing or similar setting is advantageous.
