As a Senior Foundry Process Engineer, you will focus on optimizing manufacturing processes and driving improvements in equipment performance and process reliability.

You will oversee comprehensive assignments, contribute directly to process improvement initiatives, and work cross-functionally to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency in our operations.

This role requires strong technical problem-solving, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Process Improvement & Optimization



* Identify and propose innovative process improvement initiatives to enhance cost-effectiveness, quality, and efficiency.


* Lead continuous improvement projects with a focus on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)—addressing availability, performance, and quality.


* Establish and refine equipment and process standards to maximize operational reliability and efficiency.


* Analyze production data and performance trends to identify opportunities for improved process control and optimization.


* Evaluate and implement advanced statistical and process analysis techniques to monitor and improve system performance.

Foundry Operations & Technical Support



* Provide hands-on technical support for high-speed automated equipment, troubleshooting production processes to minimize downtime.


* Partner with operations teams to resolve process bottlenecks and improve manufacturing workflows.


* Develop and revise clear, detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production documentation.


* Design and implement operational control systems to enable effective performance monitoring and enhance process reliability.
