Salary £28,174 to £30,804 per annum

Join us as a Senior Client Services Manager, where you’ll inspire and guide our fantastic teams at Queen Street (7 beds) and Calder House (6 beds).

You'll be at the heart of delivering high-impact, person-centred housing support and creating a workplace where people love to come to work.

You'll be managing supported living services for individuals with mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, autism, and learning disabilities across these two small, close-knit sites.

You’ll also take the lead on housing management at our Batley service (8 beds).

Typical day as a Senior Client Service Manager 

No two days are the same here, but here’s a flavour of what you’ll be doing.


* Leading, coaching and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional support services, evidenced by our customer satisfaction surveys and KPIs. 


* You’ll the Safeguarding Lead for the service - your sharp eye keeps our customers safe and supported.


* Making sure health and safety checks, risk assessments, and records are completed with care and accuracy.


* Managing the contracts, budgets and KPIs, and liaising with stakeholders and commissioners.


* Manage individual and team performance using coaching skills and assessing colleague competencies and objectives to ensure customers live in a safe, supportive, person-centred service.

You have  


* The people skills to take others with you, to help others grow as well as the confidence to challenge behaviours misaligned to our values.


* The understanding of where our customers are in their life and have the passion to advocate for them. 


* Experience of delivering support in a housing or care environment.


* Experience of people management.


* Experience of managing multiple services and/or managing managers. 


* To get from A to B, you’ll need a vehicle insured for business purposes.
