In this role you will be responsible for reviewing and processing chargeback claims fo North America, by making objective decisions in line with our policies and controls.
Through this role you’ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.

In this role you will:
* Lead the validation of chargeback data and summarize statistics into meaningful reports for ongoing review by key leaders.
* Provide a source of business knowledge and problem-solving capabilities to assure sound analyses, recommendations, and actionable programs for the business unit.
* Develop and monitor effective controls for all claim payments activities.
* Participate in and/or manage proactive project efforts to identify actionable value creation and revenue programs that drive results for the business unit, tracking and reporting on results as delivered.
* Demonstrate a commitment to quality performance through personal example by adopting a customer-based approach to business support.

* Ensure application of established corporate controls.
