? About the Role:

As the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff, the Receptionist plays a key role in creating a warm and organized front office environment.

You'll help ensure smooth communication within the facility and contribute to a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

? What You'll Do:


* Greet and assist visitors, residents, staff, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner


* Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly and accurately


* Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries


* Maintain visitor logs and enforce check-in procedures


* Provide administrative support to various departments as needed


* Keep the reception area tidy and organized

✅ What We're Looking For:


* High school diploma or equivalent


* Prior receptionist or front desk experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus)


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Professional appearance and demeanor


* Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)


* Dependable, organized, and able to multitask

* Starting pay: $18-$19/hr, based on experience
