General Purpose

The Senior Vice-President, Deputy Chief Compliance Officer for Internal Investigations will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the internal investigations process within the organization.

This position is responsible for ensuring that all internal investigations are conducted thoroughly, impartially, and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

The Senior Vice-President, Deputy Chief Compliance Officer will work closely with various departments to identify, investigate, and resolve compliance issues, and will provide guidance and support to ensure the integrity of the company's compliance program.

Essential Duties


* Internal Investigations Management: Oversee and manage the internal investigations process, including the intake, assessment, and investigation of compliance concerns and allegations of misconduct.


* Compliance Program Oversight: Ensure the effectiveness of the compliance program by regularly reviewing and updating policies and procedures related to internal investigations.


* Collaboration: Work closely with legal, human resources, and other relevant departments to ensure a coordinated approach to internal investigations.


* Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on the findings of internal investigations to senior management and the Board of Directors.
