? What You'll Do:


* Provide safe, effective, and compassionate care to residents


* Administer medications and treatments as ordered


* Monitor resident conditions and report changes


* Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team


* Maintain clear and accurate documentation


* Support resident dignity and quality of life

✅ What We're Looking For:


* Active California LVN license


* Excellent communication and teamwork skills


* A caring and dependable attitude


* Previous SNF or post-acute experience is a plus - but not required


* Passion for providing quality care in a fast-paced environment
