Warehouse Manager

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $112,000 - $160,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The Warehouse & Inventory Manager position is responsible for overseeing all activities relating to Warehouse Processes and manages the inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.

This role will evaluate shipment levels to improve inventory control procedures.

Analyze daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.

In addition.

this role overseas the shipping, receiving and material handling team members.

As well as oversea pricing for freight for transporting finished products to their destination and trade compliance, custom regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities


* Manages Material Handling, Traffic & Trade Compliance associates, monitoring work and ensuring that shipping & receiving materials and products are handled / shipped in a timely manner.


* Monitors and ensures materials are received and stocked properly.


* Leads the Physical Inventory Process and work to move the business to cycle counting processes.


* Engages with Suppliers to leverage POU and create visual Kanban system for inventory.


* Evaluates inventory to ensure on-time shipment.


* Leverages stocking practices among the two warehouse locations.


* Makes recommendations to purchasing on stocking strategy and level set min max to optimize inventory and storage.


* Audits all processes and ensure compliance.


* Establishes reporting to demonstrate compliance.

Create detailed reports for adjustments, inventory adjustments, as well as E&O material.


* Researches suppliers/freight carriers pricing to ensure competitiveness.
