Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Bridge Crest Post Acute

Bridge Crest Post Acute is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our compassionate and skilled team! We are proud to be a great place to work, offering a supportive environment where our team members thrive.

Compensation:


* $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience.

Shift:


* Evening & NOC shifts available

Responsibilities:


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.


* Provide mobility support, including transferring and repositioning residents as needed.


* Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional conditions to the nursing staff.


* Serve meals and assist with feeding when necessary.


* Ensure residents' rooms and common areas are clean and comfortable.


* Document care provided and any significant observations accurately.


* Foster a caring, respectful, and supportive environment for residents.


* Comply with infection control and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment.

Qualifications:


* Current CNA certification in the state of Washington


* Compassionate, patient-centered care approach.


* Strong communication and teamwork skills.


* Prior experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute facility is a plus, but not required.
