Purpose:

The Senior Material Reviewer is responsible for ensuring that all materials produced in the Commercial support of Johnson & Johnson products meet company, Health Canada, and industry standards and are reviewed and approved as per applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

The Senior Material Reviewer proactively assesses risks, identifies and resolves compliance deficiencies, and identifies new solutions while partnering with Marketing, Regulatory, Medical, Legal, and other internal and external business partners to deliver business enabling solutions.

The Senior Material Reviewer is expected to show leadership within the Material Review team while supporting peers, demonstrating perseverance and resilience in managing changing circumstances, and actively championing change.

You will be responsible to:



* Leverage robust experience in marketing material review to plan and implement the review process for a portfolio of products with increased complexities.


* Evaluate each project prior to initiation of the review cycle to ensure materials are produced as per the SOP and adhere to Health Canada, PAAB, and IMC guidelines.


* Lead, document, and resolve any identified compliance risks, and collaborate with internal business partners and external agencies to develop business-enabling and risk mitigating solutions.


* Maintain all documentation as outlined in SOPs to establish a proper audit trail.


* Identify and implement continuous process improvements to enhance business efficiency and react to improvements in available technologies and communication opportunities.
