What are we looking for?

The Regional Director provides the day-to-day leadership, guidance and general management of a multi-site portfolio.

This includes ensuring the business has proper operational controls, administrative / reporting procedures / people strategies in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength / operating efficiency.

What you'll do:


* Provide day-to-day oversight and guidance for Branches, OUs and Special Projects within an assigned region, and aligned with the TQA Customer Promise and core values of the company.


* P&L Management: Responsible for driving the business to achieve and exceed sales revenue and profitability for assigned region, including effective expense management.


* People Leadership: Create and motivate a high-performance team; Attract, recruit and retain team members.


* People Development: Mentor and develop staff; set appropriate goals and objectives, and support career development.


* Work & Workforce Planning: Ensure that all employees are trained and have the skills and capability for the job, including health & safety business processes.


* Equipment & Tools: Ensure that employees have the equipment, tools and systems to succeed in their job, and are trained on the right operating procedures.


* Execution of work: Identify and deploy performance metrics to ensure disciplined performance management.
