As Assistant Director of Nursing, you will be instrumental in leading our clinical team to fulfill the mission, vision, and goals of the Program and Hospital.

The Assistant Director of Nursing is responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing in the continuous safe operation of the assigned department(s), including all aspects of patient care, budgeting, staffing and quality assurance.

* The Assistant Director of Nursing is accountable to the Director of Nursing, Administrator and Medical Director for providing a comprehensive, high quality program of excellence, ensuring the patient achieves the best possible outcome.

Our state of the art Center for Behavioral Health Osage Beach is an 18-bed inpatient, free standing Adult Psychiatric hospital that specializes in treating Anxiety, Major Depression, Mood disturbances, Psychosis, and other mental health illnesses.

NHC sees itself as a partner with the surrounding community as we provide psychiatric care to adult patients who require inpatient hospitalization due to illnesses related to mental health.

Center for Behavioral Health Osage Beach: Mission Statement The Center for Behavioral Health Osage Beach will operate a "state of the industry" treatment facility that provides specialized treatment services designed to continually improve in quality and cost effectiveness.

Patient care services will be provided by a multidisciplinary treatment team of professionals utilizing current, research-based, Best Practice protocols designed to achieve maximum therapeutic benefit for each patient entrusted to its care.
