How You'll Make an Impact

As a Business Development Manager, you'll drive awareness and adoption of EcoStruxure Automation Expert across ANZ-targeting system integrators, OEMs, and industrial end-users.

Your mission? Grow the pipeline, influence decision-makers, and close strategic deals.

Reporting to the Pacific Zone EAE Leader, you'll work closely with sales teams and our Centre of Excellence to unlock large-scale opportunities.

This role suits a strategic sales hunter with deep industrial automation expertise and a passion for innovation.

You'll be on the road engaging clients and partners through in-person presentations to support EAE adoption (30-50% of time spent travelling) with a vehicle or car provided to support.

Key responsibilities:

• Cross-functional collaboration and leadership

About You

A visionary professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to shape the future of industrial automation with bold thinking and commercial drive, who has:

• Tertiary qualification in Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related field/equivalent experience

• Experience with consultative and technical solutions is a plus!

• Deep understanding of industrial automation systems, including ICS, PLC/SCADA, DCS, and edge computing

• Proven ability to develop, launch, and scale new products or strategies that drive growth.
