Payments - Liquidity & Account Solutions Senior Product Solutions Associate

As a Associate in the Liquidity & Account Solutions (L&AS) Product Sales Specialist organization, you are a significant contributor to a team that develops innovative liquidity and account solutions for our diverse Commercial Banking client.

You collaborate across product teams to expand your solutions capabilities to bring optimal solutions to our clients.

You draw from research and client feedback to develop unique product solutions and partner with Sales in client discussions and solution sessions.

You are a key contributor to provide voice of the client feedback to product managers.

Job responsibilities



* Supports creating optimal liquidity and account solutions that address clients' needs and objectives through collaboration with clients and internal teams such as Sales and Product


* Contributes to the construction of client-facing materials to articulate proposed liquidity solutions including the value delivered through our innovate solutions


* Collaborates effectively across internal teams including Sales, Product, Implementations, Service to bring innovative and optimal solutions to our clients


* Delivers compelling oral and written presentations with associated technical skills in building client and internal materials


* Establishes forums to coordinate across the Product Solutions team to enable a successful configuration of solutions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills



* 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving on a team delivering product solutions


* Experience in developing compelling materials to present complex and innovative solutions to clients and internal partners


* Experience in researching internal and external topics to develop solutions and provide consultative guidance to our clients and internal partners.


* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
